Crowne Plaza Hotel, Niagara Falls, NY
This project encompasses the reinvention of an aging six -story resort which includes a full exterior facade replacement, 400 rooms, modern meeting and conference facilities, ballrooms, a Bar and Grill restaurant and mixed retail space. Common amenities include a central lobby and registration, fitness center, banquet rooms, pool area and central offices.
Crowne Plaza Hotel, Westchester, NY
This resort project includes a full interior renovation of a 10,000 square foot structure including all public spaces on the main entry floor, the restaurant and bar, lobby, bathrooms and registration areas.
YO1 Wellness Center
This newly constructed, 280,000 square foot, resort and wellness center is located in Monticello, NY. It is complete with amenities such as, dining and spa accommodations, and also a hotel with 131 rooms. Extensive design efforts created the unique luxurious aesthetic.
