Central Hudson Office
Located on the third floor of the Poughkeepsie Journal Building, this level was redesigned to provide new office space for the Journal, while creating a dynamic 10,000 square foot space to attract a millennial aged workforce for Central Hudson. A diverse design was created with dynamic roof forms, exposed structure, breakout rooms, huddle rooms in an open plan work space.

Addition and Renovation to dealership located in Middletown, NY
Catskill Hudson Bank
A new design was provided to reflect the Catskill Mountain locale with an open airy feel that would serve as the flagship design modeled for future branch renovations. This Monticello branch is approximately 8,000 square feet, split between customer service and administrative offices with two drive up teller lines and drive up ATM.
Lawlor Building
Located in Patterson, NY, this 5,000 square foot building was renovated and restored by our team. The building’s interior was completely demolished, and it’s exterior facade was stripped. The Lawlor Building is now entirely renovated in the Federalist architectural style and provides office space for local not-for-profit and community groups.
Weighall, Fairbanks & Liguori
Plaza 55 is a new commercial building of 6,330 square feet, designed to serve four tenants with office and retail space.
