Dutchess County Court House
Located in Poughkeepsie, NY, this project includes a new 60,000 square foot Family Court building and the renovation of three court related buildings that are listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
Mahopac Fire House
The Mahopac Volunteer Fire Department Headquarters is a 25,000 square foot, newly constructed building that serves to create a traditional and professional image for the community. With eight apparatus bays with 2 drive-thrus, offices, equipment storage, the fire station is traditional in design and has a vertical tower that pays respect to the drying towers of historical fire stations while distinguishing the building’s exterior. Recognized with the Station Style Design Award in Fire Chief Magazine.
Kent Town Center
The Municipal Center was designed for the Town of Kent to serve the future needs of its community. The Library, Town Hall, and Police Station are all designed in a traditional New England style with a low maintenance exterior of brick and cast stone. Roads and brick and concrete walkways connect all three buildings, making them accessible by car or foot while giving the complex a campus-like feel.
Monticello Firehouse:
New construction, built in the Village of Monticello. The facility is designed to include office space, sleeping quarters, and a central communication room. The large multi-purpose room, designed with a soffitted and vaulted ceiling and pendant lighting, has an attached commercial kitchen and is used for training and functions. The site also includes a museum that displays an antique fire truck and provides educational information and the history of the fire department. Recognized for Notable Design in Fire Chief Magazine.
Dutchess Stadium
Our firm is the Principal Architect for the design and new construction or the 4,200 seat stadium located in Fishkill, NY, for the Renegades AA baseball team. We have been involved in multiple expansions and upgrades of the facility since it’s opening. This project received an Honor Award for recognition in Architectural Excellence by the American Institute of Architects.
